What does the trial include?

Every workspace starts with a 14-day Pro trial: 500 credits and 1 teamspace, no payment method required. Spend all 500 in two weeks if you want to. Add payment before day 14 to continue on Pro, or you'll auto-downgrade to the Free plan.

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

A credit is a unit of value that represents work done by the Revelica agent to create or update an insight. Credits are spent according to the costs in the Insight templates library. Updates cost half the credits of new insights. The following activities don't spend credits: chatting with the Revelica agent, searches and reads performed by the agent, users creating or editing data in the Canvas, or agents using Revelica through the MCP server or coding-agent plugins.

What happens if I run out of credits?

The product warns you when you're low, and the agent will always finish a playbook or skill that's already running. After that, the agent pauses create and update operations until your next monthly reset or until your admin adds a unit. Everything else stays usable: open insights, edit them, chat with the agent, organize work. A battery indicator in the sidebar shows your remaining allotment; hover for the exact number.

How many Pro units does my team need?

Rough guidance: a solo PM doing weekly research and one validation cycle per month tends to fit in 1 unit. A 3 to 5 person product team running playbooks across customer, market, and validation each week tends to want 2 or 3 units. Heavy discovery teams running daily synthesis often go higher. Start with 1, watch the battery indicator, and scale.

Why are credits pooled across the workspace?

Anyone in your workspace can spend credits from any teamspace. No per-user quotas, no per-teamspace silos. Two reasons. First, product work shouldn't be gatekept to PMs alone. Engineering, design, customer success, and exec teams should be able to contribute ideas and validate assumptions alongside them. Second, discovery peaks bounce around: one month it's the growth team in heavy validation, next it's strategy doing market research. Pooled credits let the whole subscription absorb those peaks instead of stranding capacity in one team's bucket.

What is a teamspace?

An environment for organizing a product, initiative, or team around a specific goal: an objective and the measurable metric that proves you hit it. Each Pro unit includes 1 teamspace. Adding teamspaces lets different teams focus on different outcomes without getting in each other's way. All teamspaces in a workspace share pooled credits and have unlimited users.

How does billing work?

Billed upfront for your selected period. Credits reset every month. Scale by adding Pro units (Pro × 3 means 1500 pooled credits and 3 teamspaces). Only the workspace admin (the first user to join, by default) can manage billing, by clicking Manage billing in Settings > Billing.

How do annual plans work?

Pay upfront and get two months free. You can cancel anytime to stop auto-renewal, but annual fees aren't refunded mid-period. If you're switching from monthly to annual, we'll prorate your remaining balance.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The admin can add or remove units instantly, or downgrade to Free, from Manage billing in Settings > Billing. You stay on your current plan until the billing period ends.

How is the privacy of my data protected?

Paid workspaces are private by default and never used to train AI models. Your research, customer data, and generated insights stay in your team unless you explicitly share them. We're exploring opt-in ways for Free-plan workspaces to contribute anonymized data to community benefits; we'll publish the policy before any change.
