Slack integration
Connect Slack so the Revelica agent can mine internal conversations for customer signals, feature requests, and team context.
Connect SlackWhy connect Slack?
Customer signals do not only come from formal research. Sales conversations, support threads, and internal discussions contain a constant stream of feedback that rarely makes it into structured discovery. Connecting Slack lets the agent search that history and surface relevant context during playbook runs — turning conversations that would otherwise be forgotten into evidence that informs product decisions.
What you can do
- Search messages and files across channels
- Filter conversation history by date, user, or content
- Access member profiles and channel metadata

Frequently asked questions
- Does the agent read private channels?
- The agent accesses channels that your connected Slack account has permission to read. Private channels are included only if your account is a member. Workspace admins can manage which MCP clients are permitted to connect.
- What Slack data does the agent work with?
- The agent can search messages and files, filter by date and user, read channel metadata, and access member profile information. It uses Slack's existing permission model, so it only sees what your account can see.
