Revelica provides a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28 to customers who process EU personal data through our service.
How to request the DPA
If your team needs to execute a DPA with Revelica, email privacy@revelica.com from a verified Revelica account and we will send the current version for signature.
What the DPA covers
The Revelica DPA addresses:
- The categories of personal data processed and the purposes of processing
- Our role as Processor and your role as Controller under GDPR
- Our list of Sub-processors and the notification process for adding new ones
- The European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) for international transfers
- Our security commitments and incident response obligations
- Audit and data subject request handling
